Davis Custom Design is a one-person engineering and prototyping studio led by Jordan Davis. The idea is simple: keep the engineering — scanning, CAD, and prototyping — in one accountable set of hands, so an idea can move from concept to finished part without losing fidelity along the way.

I take a broken or one-off part, scan it, rebuild it as clean CAD, and prototype it — then see it produced. Depending on the project, parts are produced hands-on where capability allows, or through a trusted manufacturing network. One point of contact from first sketch to finished part — or I can jump in at whatever stage you need.

How I work

• Start from whatever you have: a part, a sketch, a scan, or a description.
• Build accurate, manufacturable CAD — not just a pretty render.
• Prototype and test before committing to production.
• Make it — in-house where it fits, or through trusted partners when that's the right route.
